We offer the full range of labour and Postpartum Doula support. Whether you are strictly wanting a Doula during your labour or whether you need help those first few weeks at home. We also offer reduced rates for those who choose to go with both the labour and the Postpartum care support.
Labour/Birth Doula~ We supply all of the tools needed during your labour, from the Birth ball to massage ball to heating bags, we have it all ready for your needs. The last weeks of pregnancy you are provided with telephone and email support to have all your questions answered. With the last two weeks, being 24/7 care. You can call at anytime. We offer two prenatal visits before labour and we offer two visits after pregnancy to make sure that you are getting the hang of everything including breastfeeding. We will remain in email or phone contact for two weeks after. We also like to add a special touch of including a birth story written just for you. A little help in remembering the momentous occasion.
Postpartum Doula~ We work in shifts normally ranging in the 4 to 8 hour mark, though custom times can be arranged. We offer a full range of support and guidance needed for the postpartum period. We offer a lot of support for first time Moms just learning how to breastfeed and be with baby, families of multiples, those who have older children at home, or have just had a c-section. We will come with an equipped resource list, a range of slings and baby carriers that you may want to try before you buy, and a lot of knowledge that we are willing to share, that can make your new days as Mom so much easier. We offer light housekeeping, meal prep, baby laundry, and so on. We are also available by phone or email to answer some of your questions that may arise.
